Up & Running's story began in 1992, when husband and wife team, Gillian & Dennis Macfarlane opened their first store in Harrogate.
Today, they have a team of nearly 200 and 28 stores nationwide, and are the UK's biggest independent running specialist retailer - here to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Staff offer expert in-store help and advice, including gait analysis, nutrition & training tips, physio advice and extensive product knowledge.
