Up & Running, one of the UK's leading running and fitness stores, are now open in The Exchange, following the recent arrival of Sweaty Betty.
Up & Running's story began in 1992, when husband and wife team, Gillian & Dennis Macfarlane opened their first store in Harrogate.

Staff offer expert in-store help and advice, including gait analysis, nutrition & training tips, physio advice and extensive product knowledge.
Up & Running are the latest in a string of brands to open in The Exchange recently, cementing the centre's position as one of the prime retail destinations in Nottingham.
