Layers of vanilla & pink sponge cake, strawberry cream, fresh cream and strawberry filling. Coated with swiss meringue buttercream and topped with a chocolate cream and dark chocolate ganache "ice-cream" design. Finished with strawberry macarons, sprinkles, freeze dried raspberries and Swiss meringue buttercream piping and topped off with a waffle cone.
Two Tier Fresh Berry Cake £75.00
This bold and beautiful Two-Tier Fresh Berry Cake is semi-coated with Swiss meringue buttercream and elegantly topped with fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries to give a decadent naked finish. Five layers of sponge; choose from vanilla with a strawberry compote filling or chocolate sponge and chocolate cream filling.
