Pret's new summer menu is set to bring a touch of sunshine to your day.

Mozzarella, Roasted Tomato & Pesto Baguette
Inspired by the classic Italian Tricolore salad, the Mozzarella, Roasted Tomato & Pesto Baguette is layered with creamy sliced Italian mozzarella, Pret's basil & pine nut pesto, roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, peppery rocket, and a dab of mayo, all nestled in a stone-baked baguette.
Herby Avo & Red Pepper Baguette
Our vegan-friendly Herby Avo & Red Pepper Baguette, features freshly sliced avocado, crushed herby chickpeas, sliced red pepper, fresh rocket, a sprinkling of seasoning, and a squeeze of lemon juice, all served on a stone-baked baguette. .
Pret's Chicken Satay Salad
Our Chicken Satay Salad is filled with soya and coconut satay coated British chicken, served with carrot and mooli slaw, edamame soya beans, and pickled carrot, cabbage and cucumber. Fresh and zingy, we think it is the perfect spring lunch.
